• Account Information: Email address, username, authentication provider (Google, Apple, or email)
• Cat Information: Name, age, weight, breed, health records, photos
• Usage Information: App usage, feature history, device information
• Location Information: Approximate location (only when you use the map feature to find nearby veterinary clinics and pet salons, with your permission)
• Payment Information: Information required for paid services (processed through Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play; we do not store credit card numbers)
• Push Notification Tokens: Device tokens for sending notifications (with your permission)

3. How We Use Information

Collected information is used for:

• Providing and operating the Service
• AI-powered health analysis features (cat photos and health data may be sent to our AI provider for analysis)

• RevenueCat: Subscription management for iOS in-app purchases

5. Data Protection

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage. Data is stored in Firebase's secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law. AI conversation logs are not stored permanently on our AI provider's servers.

7. User Rights

Users have the right to:

• Access and correct personal information
• Delete their account and all associated data
• Opt out of push notifications
• Revoke location access at any time via device settings

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

9. Cookies and Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used. These tools may collect anonymized usage data. You can opt out of analytics by adjusting your device settings.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this Policy. Significant changes will be notified in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

当社は、アカウントが有効な間、個人データを保持します。アカウントを削除した場合、個人データは30日以内に完全に削除されます（法令により保持が義務付けられている場合を除く）。AIとの会話ログは、AIプロバイダのサーバーに恒久的に保存されることはありません。

7. ユーザーの権利

ユーザーは以下の権利を有します：

• 個人情報へのアクセス・訂正
• アカウントおよび全関連データの削除
• プッシュ通知のオプトアウト
• 端末設定による位置情報アクセスの取り消し

8. お子様のプライバシー

本サービスは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。当社は13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。万が一そのような情報が収集された場合は、直ちにご連絡ください。

9. Cookieおよび分析

当社は、サービスの利用状況を把握するためにFirebase AnalyticsおよびGoogle Analyticsを使用しています。これらのツールは匿名化された利用データを収集する場合があります。端末設定を変更することでアナリティクスを無効にできます。

10. ポリシーの変更

当社は、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内で通知します。変更後も本サービスを継続して利用した場合、更新されたポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。
