Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service govern the use of the cat health management app "CatsMe!" (the "Service") provided by Carelogy Inc. (the "Company"). By using the Service, users agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service provides the following features:

• Recording and managing cat health information
• AI-powered health analysis and advice
• Online veterinary consultation (Premium members)
• Other related services

Article 3 (Account Registration)

Users must register accurate information and promptly update any changes. Users are responsible for managing their accounts.

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in:

• Activities violating laws or public order
• Infringement of Company or third-party rights
• Interference with Service operations
• Unauthorized access or system attacks
• Registration of false information

Article 5 (Paid Services)

Premium plan fees and payment methods are as displayed in the app or on the App Store/Google Play.

• Payments on iOS are processed through the Apple App Store. Payments on Android and Web are processed through Google Play or Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• iOS cancellation: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Android cancellation: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → CatsMe → Cancel.
• Web cancellation: Profile tab in the app → Manage Subscription.
• If you cancel during a free trial, no charges will apply.
• Refunds are subject to the respective store's refund policy (Apple App Store or Google Play).

Article 6 (AI-Generated Content)

The Service uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to provide health analysis and advice. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for your pet's health decisions.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

Information provided by the Service, including AI-generated analysis, is for reference only and does not replace veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a veterinarian for pet health decisions. The Company is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated content, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 8 (Service Changes)

The Company may change or terminate the Service without prior notice.

Article 9 (Governing Law)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

本規約は、株式会社Carelogy（以下「当社」）が提供する猫の健康管理アプリ「CatsMe!」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本規約に同意の上、本サービスを利用するものとします。

第2条（サービス内容）

本サービスは以下の機能を提供します：

• 猫の健康状態の記録・管理
• AIによる健康分析・アドバイス
• 獣医師へのオンライン診療（プレミアム会員）
• その他関連サービス

第3条（アカウント登録）

ユーザーは正確な情報を登録し、登録情報に変更があった場合は速やかに更新するものとします。アカウントの管理責任はユーザーにあります。

第4条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません：

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• 当社または第三者の権利を侵害する行為
• 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
• 不正アクセスやシステムへの攻撃
• 虚偽の情報を登録する行為

第5条（有料サービス）

プレミアムプランの料金・支払い方法は、アプリ内またはApp Store/Google Playに表示されるものに従います。

• iOSでのお支払いはApple App Store経由で課金されます。Android及びWebでのお支払いはGoogle PlayまたはStripe経由で処理されます。
• サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了日の24時間前までに解約しない限り、自動的に更新されます。
• iOSでの解約：「設定」→「Apple ID」→「サブスクリプション」から行えます。
• Androidでの解約：Google Playストア →メニュー→「定期購入」→ CatsMe →「解約」から行えます。
• Webでの解約：アプリのプロフィールタブ →「サブスクリプション管理」から行えます。
• 無料トライアル期間中にキャンセルした場合、料金は発生しません。
• 返金は各ストア（Apple App StoreまたはGoogle Play）の返金ポリシーに準拠します。

第6条（AI生成コンテンツ）

本サービスは、健康分析やアドバイスの提供にAI（Anthropic社のClaude）を使用しています。AI生成コンテンツは情報提供のみを目的としており、不正確な内容を含む場合があります。当社はAI生成による回答の正確性、完全性、信頼性を保証しません。ペットの健康に関する判断は、必ず資格を持つ獣医師にご相談ください。

第7条（免責事項）

本サービスで提供される情報（AI生成による分析を含む）は参考情報であり、獣医師による診断・治療の代替ではありません。ペットの健康に関する最終判断は、必ず獣医師にご相談ください。当社は、本サービスの利用またはAI生成コンテンツへの依拠により生じた損害について、故意または重過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。

第8条（サービスの変更・終了）

当社は、事前の通知なく本サービスの内容を変更、または提供を終了することがあります。

第9条（準拠法・管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
